The culture within your company is made up of customs and practices. Do you know yours? Do you like it?
Company culture determines how things are done and how people behave; it is the most difficult thing for competitors to copy. As a Healthy Leader you can craft and guide your environment to form a passionate, engaged workforce focused on a clearly defined purpose.
The advantages are significant for all concerned – Healthy Leaders know where they are going and why; they communicate with their teams and work with them to remove barriers. This transformational approach makes for an outstanding working environment where employees are not assets in a transactional world; they are people in an interactional world working together with a sense of understanding as to their role and contribution to the company, regardless of how complex or simple the nature of the business.
Healthy Leaders understand the value of a healthy business culture
