The mystery of physical activity – I say mystery because if I was to believe everything I read, I should buy a wrist monitor; join a gym and do a high impact training session etc etc.

If the objective is to remain healthy, none of the above need apply; but we do need to ensure that we increase our physical activity – consistency and frequency to keep the heart and lungs busy in order to keep you fit and healthy.

In this video I have purposely avoided all of the scary reasons why we NEED to exercise, I am sure you have heard them all before!
